In This Video i have attached it will walk you through replacing a 2 valve manifold, i recommend using Hunter PGV MIPTxBarb Valves 1" in This Scenario. The ones that bolt / screw down, mainly because the jar top style valves seem to have lots of issues if in sand or rocky environment and there happens to be an issue where theres a leak or debris gets into the line the the valve will seep or stay stuck on. i have found that getting all your parts from a commercial landscape supply store is always the best way to go. the stuff you get from homedepot or lowes seems to be kind of junky and not as efficient, including the heads even the spray is not as strong or they leak in a couple months so i always recommend to get commercial grade supplies from a landscape store.
so i'll list all the materials i used and do a little walk through feel free to ask any questions.
for all my poly fittings i mainly use spears
Materials:
2 Hunter PGV Valves
2 1x1x1" Manifold CRTS
1 1" poly plug
3 small voltage water proof wire connections (wirenuts)
so you take your mainline and put it into your manifold in this we use spears fittings you can also use dura but we used CRT MANIFOLD 1" Fittings, Put teflon around the Threads on our valve, screw into the manifold Tees. and then connect in with out zone lines to the valves
