Commercial irrigation is quoted separately.

How the residential pricing works: The $65 / $70 / $80 amount is the location-based base price for a standard diagnostic service call and the base city-water price for spring start-up or winterization. Start-up and winterization include up to 12 zones, with additional seasonal zones at +$5 each. Standard diagnostic service calls do not use the per-zone surcharge. Pump seasonal service uses the separate $160 / $180 structure shown above; a pump diagnostic service call uses the normal location base when the visit is diagnostic only and does not automatically include intake removal/reinstallation, pump priming, or a complete zone-by-zone seasonal run-through.
