Hunter PGV and Rain Bird DV-100 valves are both commonly found in residential irrigation systems.
Hunter PGV
Hunter HydroTech prefers the Hunter PGV as its main residential replacement valve because it fits our manifold standards and service approach.
Rain Bird DV-100
Rain Bird DV-100 valves are considered acceptable professional residential valves. When an existing DV-100 has a serviceable body, Hunter HydroTech may complete a solenoid, diaphragm, or top repair.
Our rebuild standard
When rebuilding a complete manifold, Hunter HydroTech prefers standardizing all valves to one model rather than mixing several brands and ages.
